CRITERIA, INDICATORS AND LEVELS OF FORMATION PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE MILITARY LAWYERS

Abstract
The article deals with issues related to the diagnostics of the formation of professional competence of future military lawyers. The introduction of a competent approach in the educational process of training lawyers based on European experience is substantiated. The concept of “professional competence” is considered and its structural components (knowledge-tremholological, personally-professional, professional-operational) are determined. On this basis, the connection between the structural components of professional competence and the criteria for its diagnosis is shown. The purpose of the paper is to define and justify the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the professional competence of future military lawyers. The indicators of each criterion are revealed and the level of professional competence of military lawyers is described. The practical value of the proposed criteria, indicators and levels of the formation of professional competence is that their implementation will allow an adequate efficiency of this process.
