PRACTICAL TRAINING FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF TOURISM SPHERE IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article considers one of the most effective ways of practical training of future specialists in the field of tourism – the organization of students' practice in a cross-cutting program. The thoughts of individual scientists on the importance of this approach to solving this problem are highlighted; Certain shortcomings are associaed with the organization of the practice of future tourism experts; Attention is drawn to the foreign experience of practical training of workers in the sphere of tourism; The experience of the Department of Tourism of the Zaporizhzhya National University concerning the planning and organization of the practice of bachelors and undergraduates is characterized, namely: the consistency of educational and production practices, and practices, depending on the place of passage.
