CURRENT FINANCIAL POLICY IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to modern financial policy in Ukraine, problems, and prospects of its development. Features of the implementation of a number of problems and ways to overcome them are considered. These processes are studied on the basis of micro and macroeconomic indicators. The state, through fiscal, tax, monetary policy, manage the economy, provide financial stability. The Cabinet of Ministers, as the supreme executive body, forms the budget, the main macroeconomic indicators of economic and social development. It is possible to develop the prospects for development and deepening of the essence of the state fiscal policy taking into account the modern requirements of the development of the national economy. The research uses scientific methods of cognition, observation, classification, induction, deduction, historical, analysis, and synthesis. One of the most important areas of the reform of financial infrastructure and the financial system as a whole is the creation of a single system of financial institutions. Thus, fiscal policy is always a search for the balance that is optimal at this time and the choice of the most effective methods and mechanisms for their achievement. This is precisely what the need for an integrated, systematic approach to the construction and implementation of Ukraine’s financial policy is required. It cannot be unchanged at different stages and cycles of socio-economic development of the country. It should also be noted that the success of the fiscal policy is largely determined by the coherence of its individual components. Only a coordinated and coherent policy in the field of finance can give positive results. Finance is the only mechanism in which all components are closely interconnected, and therefore miscalculations in any direction of financial policy necessarily lead to negative consequences.
