Customer Satisfaction in E-Banking Services

Abstract

Electronic Banking incorporates a variety of platforms such as internet banking, automated teller services and mobile phone banking to deliver banking products to the customer. The study aimed to identify most popular electronic banking services among customers. Customer service being an integral part of banking, the study also focused on the satisfaction of customers utilising E-Banking services.
