De enigmas a espaços vazios: as representações da sociedade e do trabalho nos saberes organizacionais

Abstract
Os problemas colocados pelas novas formas de organização do trabalho no mundo contemporâneo constituem um horizonte de referência dentro do qual é possível acompanhar, em planos homólogos, diferentes representações da sociedade e do trabalho compreendidas como representações da noção de totalidade, estas formulações podem ser visualizadas através da idéia de “totalidade sistêmica” e “totalidade dinâmica e aberta”, ambas cristalizadas na figura da “globalização”, na idéia de “comunidade global”, que, paradoxalmente, concebe a totalidade através de unidades transitórias, plurais e heterogêneas.
