DECREE ON LAND: THE LEGAL REGULATION OR POLITICAL STRUGGLES?

Abstract
The article reviewed decree on land and its influence on the regulation of agrarian relations between military interventions into Ukraine of Bolshevik Russia. it has been concluded that the decree had serious gaps as a legal document. The author – v lenin, used it as the means of struggle for political power. The Decree on land, military intervention and activity of Bolsheviks in the village had become factors of destabilization of agrarian relations in Ukraine.
