DETERMINANTS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE IDENTITY OF A JUVENILE OFFENDER AND THE COMMISSION OF CRIMES WITH SPECIAL CRUELTY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of issues related to the formation of the personality of a juvenile offender and the commission of crimes with special cruelty. It is established that, as criminality is a social and legal phenomenon, there is a direct dependence of determinants of crime on changes occurring in conditions of social life of people. The features of criminogenic situation in our country on the modern stage depend on a number of the negative social and socially meaningful phenomena and processes. Criminality exposed to influence of enormous amount of factors of objective and subjective properties and develops according to objective conformities, so as, being the negative social phenomenon, tests the same changes, that and society on the whole. It should be noted that one of the main reasons of increase of cruel criminality lies in the fact that the person is formed under the influence of not only the entire society in general, which can be considered a large social group, but also those small social groups in which it is formed, and this formation is not always proves to be favorable. It is emphasized that the study of determinations affecting the formation of the offender’s personality, taking into account the complexity and multidimensionality of the problem, should be carried out with the involvement of specialists in the field of social, age, legal psychology, psychiatry.
