DETERMINATION OF COMPETITIVE POSITIONS OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES OF THE SUMY REGION ON THE DOMESTIC MARKET OF INDUSTRIAL PUMPING PLANTS

Abstract
The article proposes the use of a two-dimensional matrix constructed by two factors: changes in the volume of the company’s sales market and the actual market share of enterprises (in terms of sales volume) to determine the competitive positions of machine-building enterprises in the domestic market of industrial pumping plants. Proposals are approved at the machine-building enterprises of the city of Sumy, which produce products for industrial use: PJSC “Sumy NGO”, PJSC Sumy Plant “Nasosenergomash”, PJSC “Sweex Pumping Plant”. For each enterprise, recommendations for choosing and implementing strategies to ensure their further development are formulated.
