DETERMINATION OF THE RATIONAL VARIANT OF THE STAMPING TOOL MANUFACTURING FOR EXPLOSIVE METAL WORKING

Abstract
Purpose. To systemize the existing constructions of dies with the classification of the system of their power closure, justification of the optimal design variant of the technological equipment, to development a universal closure system. Methodology. A systematic analysis of the existing die constructions and power closure systems has been performed. A classification of the bandage systems has been performed. The optimal variant of the construction is found by using linear programming methods. The solution has been found by the simplex method and implemented in the MATLAB software package. Results. The necessity of applying the universal system of force closure of elements of the demount-able dies has been substantiated. A constructions of the universal bandage system with the unified elements has been developed. The overall dimensions of the dies for banding can be varied within 100 ÷ 500 mm. Originality. The model for estimating the technological cost is transformed to the form convenient for solving by the method of linear pro-gramming. The objective function is expressed by the correlation dependence of the technological prime cost on the construction parameters of the die tooling. Practical value. The construction of the universal system of bandage of the demountable dies is developed. Its application frees up 15-20 per cent of the production area of the site for stamping with an explosion while reducing the cost of making die equipment 5-7 times and reducing its metal consumption.
