Determination violations of some functions of endocrine system in patients with psoriasis

Abstract

Objective — the study of the individual units of the endocrine system in patients with psoriasis. Materials and methods. Cortisol was determined in serum with standard ELISA kit. Growth hormone was determined using a test system Liaison®hGH chemiluminescent immunoassay method. Results and discussion. Investigation of some parts of the endocrine system set divirgent changes of cortisol and growth hormone in patients with psoriasis Conclusions. Endocrine level homeostasis in patients with psoriasis require the development of methods aimed at improving the adaptive capacity of the organism.
