DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF BUSINESS AVIA

Abstract
The article deals with the concept, the economic essence and nature of corporate social responsibility. Generalized signs of social responsibility of business. The influence of corporate social responsibility on the efficiency of the company's activities and, in particular, the effectiveness of air travel is analyzed. Conceptual approaches to the development of corporate social responsibility of domestic companies are presented, attention is focused on the formation of their ethical behavior. A model of a process approach for the implementation of corporate social responsibility tools in the organization management system is proposed.
