Development of E-Toll Collection and Monitoring System

Abstract
Electronic Toll Collection using RFID used for collecting toll fees automatically. In this, we make the identification with the help of radio frequency. A vehicle will hold a RFID chip. This chip is nothing but a unique identification number assigned. This electronic system will reduce the time spent in paying the toll fee at the New Bus Terminal Tacloban City. The study utilized survey questionnaire and interviews. Out of 200 respondents, 95.5% agreed in implementing the proposed system in the New Bus Terminal for it needs improvement in the process of toll collections.
