Abstract
Modern graduates of universities to be successful and in demand should be prepared for everchanging trends in the labor market. The article analyzes various approaches to the essence of the concept of “social-professional mobility”. The abilities and personality qualities which make up the social-professional mobility of a specialist are determined. A reasonable development of social and professional mobility in the educational and cultural environment of a higher educational institution.
