DEVELOPMENT OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL LEGISLATION AND SCIENCE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ABOUT PROOF LIMITS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to a research of the main aspects of development of the criminal procedural legislation and science of criminal procedure about proof limits in criminal proceedings. It is established that the criminal procedural law never defined proof limits in this connection their theoretical research is characterized by breadth of views: from denial of their independent existence and identification with other legal categories, first of all with a proof subject, before disclosure of complexity of contents as separate and independent legal concept. The attention is focused on prospects of a research and the analysis of limits of proof from positions of quantitative and qualitative characteristics both on the general methodological, and on separate special for a certain type of proceeding decisions levels.
