DIAGNOSTICS OF THE PROCESS OF PERSONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUTURE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION TEACHER

Abstract
The problem of diagnostics of personal self-perfection process is investigated. It is proved that the preparation of the future preschool education teacher should be oriented on the person, the recognition of the person with the highest value in society, and ensuring the conditions for personal self-improvement of the future preschool education teacher is one of the priority directions in the educational process of a higher educational establishment. The problem of diagnostics at the stage of the indicative experiment is solved: the determination of the teaching staff readiness to participate in the experiment and the identification of the competence level in the field of the students` ensuring personal self-improvement technologies in a higher educational establishment; clarification of the educational process` educative potential of the pedagogical higher establishment, in particular, vocational training of Preschool Education teachers, extra-curriculum educational work; self-educative, self-educational and self-development activity of the future teacher, his orientation on personal self-improvement; testing of diagnostic techniques that allow to determine the level of development of each criteria for personal self-improvement of the future Preschool Education teacher. The program of the experiment indicative phase, which included the appropriate diagnostic techniques for each criteria of future Preschool Education teachers` personal self-improvement, namely: requirement and motivational (spiritual needs, motives for self-improvement, orientation of the personality),ideological and cognitive (knowledge about structure, stages, components of personal self-improvement, ideological knowledge, professional knowledge), emotional and value (value orientations, conantivities, emotional intelligence), activity reflexive (the ability to personal self-design, the ability to personal self-realization, self-reflection).
