DICHOTOMY OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: MORA LITY AND LAW IN THE CONCEPTS OF CONTEMPORARY AMERICAN PHILOSOPHY OF LAW

Abstract
On the basis of the provisions of the liability theory of contemporary American philosophy of law essence dichotomous nature of social responsibility as an important phenomenon of legal reality is revealed. Identified characteristics of particular philosophical-legal approach to the problems of the determìnation of moral and legal responsibility. The trends in the development of American philosophical and legal opinions, aimed at producing a new civilizational approach to understanding accountability as an element of modern socio-legal relations are marked.
