DIRECTIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ECONOMIC SAFETY OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Introduction. It is necessary to protect against threats in the current conditions of the economy. Economic security is a set of processes, which support the competition of the enterprise's economy, effectively protecting economic. Methods. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the research are based on the dialectical method, the system analysis is used to detail and divide the object of research into separate important components of the synthesis - for generalization of various aspects of economic security of the enterprise. Results The methodical approaches to determining the level of economic security of the enterprise, including retrospective, diagnostic and operative estimation of economic security of enterprises, are analyzed. The results of the study are recommendations on the directions for improving the level of production efficiency of enterprises and their financial and economic state in modern conditions that can be used for the implementation of management decisions in order to increase and stimulate the further development of the enterprise. Discussion. The continuous strengthening of the factors that threaten the economic security of the enterprise requires the establishment of a system for monitoring the state and dynamics of enterprise development with a view to preventing hazards and threats in advance and taking necessary measures for protection and counteraction. The study of the issue is to substantiate possible ways to ensure the economic safety of the food industry enterprises as one of the elements for the development of such enterprises. The theoretical principles of formation of economic security develop in the researches on this problem, the preconditions for its effective functioning are being studied, but the provision of the directions of economic security is almost uncovered.
