Directions of improvement of legal regulation of organization of the use by investigator of confidential cooperation with other persons

Abstract
The article deals with determination of problems and directions of improvement of the legal adjusting of the use to the investigators of confidential collaboration with other persons. The state of the legislative adjusting of the use to the investigators of confidential collaboration is investigational during a criminal proceedings. The points of scientists are analysed, legislation of countries of Europe and national legislative acts, that allowed to define suggestion on имплементации of experience of other countries in a national legislation. It is well-proven that the improvement of legal regulation of the use to the investigators of confidential collaboration with other persons lies not only inplane but also improvement of operatively-search legislation modernization of the operating Criminal процессульного code with including in to Law of Ukraine "On оперативно-разыскной activity" of separate division of "Realization of operatively-search measures and secret consequence/pl (search) actions by operative subdivisions during a criminal production", which must contain the separate article of the "Use of confidential collaboration of operative subdivisions with other persons during a criminal production".
