DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS AGAINST A LAWYER: THE GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
General description of disciplinary proceedings against an advocate was given in the article. In particular, the essence of disciplinary proceedings against the advocate was investigated and the issues of the advocate misconduct were studied. The author defines that a disciplinary misdemeanor of an attorney is characterized by four elements: the object, the objective side, the subject, the subjective side.
