Dynamical investigation of rolamite peristaltic pumps

Abstract
Dynamic processes, occurring in vibromotor of rolamite peristaltic pump, are investigated experimentally in which the slanting impact of the converter of longitudinal fluctuations to a rotor is used, and rotates it. It is established optimum corner of elastic pressing of the converter of longitudi¬nal fluctuations to a rotor makes 125D - are getting the greatest revolutions of a rotor. The research of dynamical processes of the system “roller - band” of fixed and spinning vibrating rollers wrapped by a flexible band was conducted by the method of laser interferometry. It is established that the increase of supply voltage amplitude, decrease of the force load value of the flexible band, and decrease of the wrapping angle of the roller by flexible band may cause the increasing of amplitude of roller oscillations. Is established that RTM with spinning vibrating rollers as opposed to the other type rollers have the greater lifting capacity and are much more sensitive.
