E-COMMERCE AND M-COMMERCE: ISSUES AND RECOMMENDED SCREENING

Abstract
The increase of the demand, flexibility and power of wireless deals provides proper opportunities for rising up services to customers. In fact, this could mean the real services providing in all times (Despite the person’s place). In the current Business organizations, mobile commerce or M-Commerce has been entered in finance, services, retails, and telecommunication and information technology services. In these sectors, M-Commerce is not only being widely accepted but also it is being more used as a popular way of business/ commerce. In this paper we try to provide an overview of the fundamentals about m-commerce and e commerce. This paper attempts to help business managers, particularly those without IT background, to understand the key elements and basic issues of m-commerce and to assess the impact of m-commerce on current and future businesses as well as to identify new business prospects. In this paper we view MCommerce as activity of conducting E-commerce transactions using mobile terminals over a wireless network. We are recommending screening in different positions of every order through E-commerce and M-commerce. Finally, we’ll look briefly into the situations of the mobile telephony market in the world.
