E-GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT IN LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES THE CONCEPTUAL COMPONENT OF ITS INFORMATION ACTIVITIES: THE CASE OF LUTSK CITY COUNCIL

Abstract
The article decided the actual scientific value, which is the justification of implementation details of information of local government through the electronic control system. The main result is the development of specific recommendations for improving the information work in local government through the introduction of electronic control mechanisms. The study concluded that e-governance is a strategic part of the information activities and helps to attract the general public to the local self-government administration.
