Fifty (50) Grade 8 visual learners were the subject - participants of the study. This application ;E - Learning Materials in Mathematics for Grade 8 Learners is an application containing specific video lessons and quizzes about Rational Algebraic Expressions which allows the students to study the lesson interactively without the help of the teacher. It is composed of the following parts: The Begin Button; The Reset Button reveals data reset tab; Home Button; Info; More Lesson; Assessments (Pre - Test, Post - Test); X; Score Page and Play Button. The e - learning materials are specially designed for the teachers to encourage learners to learn the lesson interactively with or without the use of the internet. The study presented that the learners' level of performance in Mathematics improved after having been exposed to the learning materials. Moreover, thirty (30) teacher - respondents were randomly selected from the Division of Rizal to evaluate the e - learning materials which were found out to be Very Much Acceptable (VMA) in terms of content, objectives, usefulness, user - friendliness and applicability. In general, the performance of the learners before and after exposure to the e - learning materials differed significantly. Therefore, the use of the crafted E - Learning Materials in Mathematics Eight was effective in enhancing the Grade 8 students' performance under the selected least mastered competencies.
