EDUCATION AND UPBRINGING OF THE FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DIALOGUE OF CULTURES

Abstract
The article highlights the practical aspects of the education and upbringing of future teachers of a foreign language in the context of a dialogue of cultures in the integral educational process of a higher educational institution. It has been substantiated that in the conditions of closer cooperation with the countries of Europe, the priority tasks of linguistic education is to ensure the effectiveness of the dialogue of cultures and the preparation of subjects of the dialogue of cultures capable of participating in the implementation of effective intercultural interaction. The author defines the specific conditions of multicultural education in the process of vocational training of philology teachers acting in the purposefully created bilingual environment of the higher pedagogical educational institution, in which a set of psychological and pedagogical factors are presented in close interaction. The named set of factors allows carrying out effective educational work, which contributes to the effectiveness of educational and educational process in higher pedagogical educational institutions. The content of practical training of teachers of higher educational institutions for the education of future teachers of a foreign language in the context of a dialogue of cultures is revealed. The conclusion is made about the feasibility of using the technology dialogue of cultures in education and professional education of a future foreign language teacher of a based on tolerance, intercultural competence and linguistic cultural studies, which contributes to the acquisition of system knowledge in the field of modern educational technologies and innovative methods of the educational process in the context of a dialogue of cultures in modern pedagogical educational institution.
