EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF MODERN OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article reveals the concept of “educational environment of out-of-school educational institution” in the context of forming of creatively directed personality of the senior preschooler. It is analyzed the main principles and scientific approaches to understanding the essence investigated phenomenon. It was found that the source of creatively directed personality of the senior preschooler is the contradiction, determined by the interaction of internal and external conditions. In considering of this phenomenon it is shown the relationship between the categories: social environment, socio-cultural environment, socialization, and educational space. It is revealed that the educational environment of out-of-school educational institution exposed to a variety of macro, meso and micro factors. It is important to separate the components and options when considering the environment. Theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem allows us to treat the educational environment of out-of-school educational institution as a special structured and meaningful filled space that allows the individual to manifest the creatively directed personality of the senior preschooler in all its diversity of the creative abilities. The author discovered that the educational environment of out-of-school educational institution purposefully affects its consciousness and behavior of the child, acts leading determinant of forming the certain qualities of creative personality, beliefs, spiritual values and creative needs. In the educational environment it is advisable to distinguish educational environment: the spiritual, the material (substantive) and personality livelihood eventive filling, which creates conditions for self-realization, self-disclosure of its creative potential. Prospects for further scientific researches are determined in studying the psychological and educational determinants of the creatively directed personality of the senior preschooler in the out-of-school educational institution.
