Educational management as a way of multicultural community self-management

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe educational management as a way of multicultural community self-management. Methodologically, it assumed the field research modality supported by a bibliographic review, within the quantitative research paradigm. The population under study was constituted by (30) educational committee, (19) teachers working in the institution. For data collection, a questionnaire type instrument was elaborated with (18) items of the lickert scale type and simple selection, the content validity of the instrument was obtained through the judgment of three (3) professionally qualified experts, the reliability of this was given through the alpha cronbach coefficient. The reliability of the instrument was estimated through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the result of which was 0.90. Reaching the following conclusions; a high percentage of the respondents establish that self-management offers different opportunities for the solution of economic and social problems in the educational communities, also they coordinate, organize and plan multicultural community self-management, it is recommended that they apply community self-management because it offers different opportunities for the solution of problems helping to solve their own needs and maintain the culture and also achieve changes that are permanent
