Abstract

The article is the 97apfre97a97a descriptive –explanatory study that is carried out with the aimof proposing a procedure manual for the Human Resources 97apffor the company Jecdelsadedicated to the sale of the Integrated Business System. Descriptive-explanatory study, framedin the qualitative-quantitative mixed method. The population under study consisted of 13workers from the company under study. The data collection technique was the interview andnon-participatory observation. The instruments were the observation guide and thequestionnaire with semi-structured questions. The results showed that 31% of employees wantto learn about Recruitment and Selection of personnel in this way, 84% want training onDevelopment in the 97apfso that 77% want to receive training on Teamwork, 77 % prefer thesubject of change management training and 100% expect to receive training in ethics andvalues and finally 31% a training on hiring and firing. Therefore, there is a need to design aprocedures manual for the Human Resources 97apf
