ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ТРАНСПОРТНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ В УМОВАХ КРИЗОВИХ ЯВИЩ

Abstract
V.V. Bondar Effectiveness of national transport infrastructure in terms of crisis. The article explored the effective functioning of national transport infrastructure in the conditions of crisis. Determined that developing a methodology for assessing the outcome of infrastructure services, it is important to consider not only their direct but also indirect effects, which together make up the total result of infrastructure services in a given unit of the national economy. It was determined that the structure of transport for the period 2010-2015 holds the largest share of the transport of goods by road, whose share in 2015 was 69.27% of total traffic. In this case, it is appropriate to note increase of the transport by road to 3.09 pct while reducing it in full size. That is, despite the decrease in traffic volumes of transport services customers prefer road transport over other carriers. A significant proportion of both exports and imports to Ukraine shape Europe, with most of the movement of production is in the country on whose territory the rivers Danube, Rhine and Main. Currently the service of cargo flow between Ukraine and the countries of the Eurozone engaged in rail and road transport. It should be noted that at this stage the obvious advantages of river transport in our country is not used because of the high degree of deterioration of the fleet and infrastructure maintenance. The transport system of Ukraine has not changed dramatically in 35 years. Thus the optimal way of cargo transportation remains Shipping. Compared to the cost of development of sea and river ports construction costs and road maintenance are relatively low. This makes the transport infrastructure of the most attractive in terms of capital investment.
