EFFECTIVENESS OF APPLICATION OF NORMATIVE MONEY ESTIMATION OF LANDSCAPES OF AGRICULTURAL APPOINTMENTS

Abstract
In the article the efficiency of application of normative monetary valuation of agricultural land plots is theoretically substantiated. It is legally determined that the normative monetary valuation of land plots is carried out accordingly by determining the size of land tax, state duty, mini, inheritance, etc. The results of the study showed that at the present stage of development of land relations the state should remain a decisive factor, since it should control and regulate the turnover of agricultural lands, preservation of the quality of soils, tenants’ liability, pricing mechanism, etc.
