Abstract
The current organizational and legal mechanisms of state administration for ensuring national security in the economic sphere are analyzed. The principles of state management of national security with respect to the processes of the shadow economy are studied. The basic functions of public administration regarding strategic planning in the field of national security of Ukraine are explored. It was found out that the state administration in the economic sphere of national security is at the stage of formation. The main directions of modernization of the state’s conceptual approaches to the reform of the national security system are determined
