EFFICIENCY OF SIMULATION EDUCATION IN POSTGRADUATE TRAINING OF MEDICAL SPECIALISTS OF THE SURGICAL PROFILE

Abstract
The aim of the research was to study the effectiveness of the use of virtual simulation operating in the training of specialists in surgical profiles. A special educational program was developed on the basis of simulation laparoscopic equipment. The program was attended by interns of the specialty "General Surgery", as well as surgeons with work experience. The received results testify to high efficiency of simulation training for reception both base practical skills, and for maintenance already existing at an appropriate level. In the future, it is necessary to consider the introduction of training and passing exams on simulated equipment on mandatory conditions.
