Abstract

It is scientifically substantiated and it is determined that under the conditions of the forest-steppe of Ukraine the agrobiological properties of Brussels cabbage are within the daily average temperature of 19.3 ... 20.9 ° C, the sum of active temperatures above 10 ° C is 2766.4-3196.8 ° C, the amount of precipitation is 233, 8-391.6 mm, GTK = 0.7-1.35. Depending on the characteristics of the hybrid and the conditions of the growing season, the yield of Brussels cabbage varies from 16.2 to 36.3 t / ha. It has been established that research hybrids react differently to factors affecting their yields. The accumulation of dry matter in the head of Brussels cabbage has a strong inverse relationship with the air humidity of the growing season: r = -0,85 ± 0,02; the total content of sugars has a direct average dependence on the GTK and the amount of precipitation in the growing season. The content of ascorbic acid in Brussels head cabbage has a strong direct correlation with the sum of active temperatures above 10 ° C (r = 0.96 ± 0.01 ... 0.99 ± 0.01), the sum of temperatures (r = 0.92 ± 0, 01 ... 0,97 ± 0,01) and the average daily temperature (r = 0,88 ± 0,02 ... 0,92 ± 0,01) of the growing season. The mathematical models of prediction of crop yield of broccoli and Brussels are developed depending on the conditions of the growing season.
