Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the legal status of the issuer as a participant in the securities market. A comparative legal study of the legislation of Ukraine with the countries of Europe, in most cases with EU cranes, is conducted. The author focuses on the obligations of issuers in the securities market and the mechanism for ensuring their execution.
