Enseñanza de un curso de metodología de la investigación jurídica en entornos virtuales

Abstract
The incorporation of the methodology of legal research as part of the subjects of Bachelor of Law in Ecuador, reinforces the profile of the graduate and offers tools to perform different roles within the profession. At present, the formative dynamics has been changing, so this work aimed to analyze the use of the learning tools applied in the virtual environment of the subject of Methodology of Legal Research, in the Master's program in Constitutional Law of the University of Otavalo. The study was of a descriptive-documentary type and a questionnaire composed of 27 closed ended questions, with multiple answer alternatives, divided into six areas of interest, was applied to a population made of 46 students. The results showed that teaching in a virtual environment was adequate with regard to the materials used, communication with the teacher and classmates, the use of interactive media, the use of the EVA, the TEAMS platform and the quality of the course. They found the training stimulating and it allowed them to acquire new knowledge both about the subject and about technological resources.
