Ensuring the Implementation of the Model of Pedagogical Conditions for the Introduction of Innovation Management in Secondary Education.

Abstract

In this article, the scientific-theoretical analysis of innovative management in the system of secondary education; the basic conditions of their implementation are determined. The simulation process in the secondary education system is singled out. The model, which will be implemented in the management process with the help of pedagogical conditions in the system of secondary education, with the production and introduction of innovation changes, taking into account regional specifics, external and internal factors, is characterized. The stage-by-stage analysis of the implementation of the model is analyzed based on the application of modern principles and innovations for the long-term development of the secondary education system in the region. The technology of realization and model of pedagogical conditions of introduction of innovative management in the system of secondary education is revealed; the peculiarities of the implementation of the model and the model of pedagogical conditions in the system of secondary education are singled out. The components, criteria and indicators of realization evaluation and models of pedagogical conditions for implementing innovation management in the secondary education system are shown; characterized their phased introduction in the management process with the help of the developed technology to ensure implementation of the model pedagogical conditions for the introduction of innovation management in the secondary education system.
