EPISTEMOLOGÍA DE LA FRONTERA: LOS LÍMITES DEL OTRO.

Abstract
The objective of this paper deconstructing the concept of frontier and proposing an epistemological approach to such concept, by taking into account particular social and cultural phenomena of the frontier between Mexico and The United States of America aiming at reconceptualizing, rethinking and reconsidering the internal dynamics in which the subjects who inhabit these regions are exposed. Moreover, it is important to emphasize the need to reconstruct the colective identities and, mainly, propose ideas to recognize the others in order to create public policies which benefit the communities of both sides of the frontier.
