ESCOLA REGULAR INCLUSIVA E ESCOLA BILÍNGUE PARA SURDOS: CONTRIBUIÇÕES DA DISCIPLINA DE LIBRAS NA FORMAÇÃO DO FUTURO PROFESSOR

Abstract
This text holds a discussion on inclusive school and bilingual school for the deaf. It seeks to contribute to the training of teachers in undergraduate courses at the university, from the inclusion of the discipline of Libras in the curriculum. The discussion is based on what national papers and international movements determine about the inclusion of students with special educational needs in regular basic education, ensuring the necessary conditions for quality education for all. The studies were organized through bibliographical and documentary research and the discussions are organized in two moments: firstly, it discusses the policies of inclusion and the regulation of the discipline of Libras in the undergraduate courses in the universities and, subsequently, on the teaching of Libras and the constitution of the deaf subject. The studies pointed out that a new scenario was designed in the education of the deaf, from the last decades of the twentieth century. However, it must be considered that both Inclusive Regular Education for the Deaf and Hearing as well as Bilingual Education for the Deaf and Hearing are processes under construction and many things still need to be accomplished if the deaf education goals are to be fully addressed.
