Abstract

This article is about talent management, specifically Leadership and Organizational Climate. The key objective of the study was to identify the leadership styles of management leaders at the Civil Aviation Technical School, based on Robert Blake's and Jame Mouton's theory and to determine how these factors influence communication, human relations, cooperation and responsibility. We evaluated 47 officials at all administrative levels, first by identifying leadership types through the Managerial Grid Test and then diagnosed the organizational climate using a survey focused on the factors described above; reaching the conclusion that the area managers are located in the 5.5 quadrant tending towards 9.1 and 9.9. Therefore, we can say that the majority seek a balance between people's needs and production. Within the organizational climate, the communication factor has a score of 21.3%, the cooperation factor 23.2%, the human relations factor 26.5% and the liability factor 29%. This indicates that organizational equilibrium ranks between good and very good, concluding that Leadership Styles do indeed influence the Organizational Climate.
