ESTIMATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF EXTREME SYSTEM AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF ELECTRIC DRIVE OF THE PUMP UNIT
Journal Title: Електромеханічні і енергозберігаючі системи - Year 2018, Vol 2, Issue 42
Abstract
Purpose. Assessment of efficiency of using the extreme system of automatic control of electric drive of the pumping unit, taking into account the changing operational characteristics of the equipment in comparison with the standard automatic control system based on the PID controller. Methodology. During the research methods were used: mathematical approximation and computer simulation. Results. The mathematical model of an extreme system of automatic control of the electric drive of a pumping unit has been described, the criterion of optimality of which includes three components: technological, energy and resource. A UML state diagram has been proposed that maps the logic of the search for an extremum using model experiments. The dynamic regimes of the extreme automatic control system of the electric drive of the pumping unit have been examined taking into account the changes in the pressure, consumption and power characteristics of the pump that have changed as a result of wear during the work of water consumption schedule consisting of six stages of changing water consumption. Also, the proposed system has been investigated in comparison with the system of pressure stabilization in the control point of a pipeline network based on a PID controller. The efficiency of the extreme automatic control system of the electric drive of the pumping unit has been proved on the basis of the proposed economic-cybernetic model of the operation of water transportation to the consumer, which includes the cost estimates of the input and output products of operation of water transportation to the consumer during the operation. Originality. The effectiveness of the proposed system has been assessed on the basis of a cost evaluation of the input and output products of a water transportation operation to the consumer during the operation. Practical value. The proposed economic-cybernetic model of the operation of water transportation to the consumer, taking into account all types of resources of pump complex can be used to predict the effectiveness of the extreme automatic control system for the electric drive of a pumping unit. It is received that the extreme system of automatic control of the electric drive of the pumping unit in comparison with the automatic control system based on the PID controller allows to increase the efficiency by 4%.
