Journal Title: Медицинский альманах - Year 2016, Vol 3, Issue 3

Abstract

The development of postoperative infectious complications in patients of intensive care units is a hot topic in connection with complication of the underlying disease and a high mortality rate. The article describes the etiological structure of postoperative infectious complications. Analyzes the frequency dynamics of isolation and antibiotic resistance of strains of the main allocated. Based on the conducted analysis shows that the range of the commonly encountered pathogens has the most potential of antibiotic resistance and poses a serious problem in intensive care units.
