European (continental) model of local regulation of labor relations and possibilities of its use in Ukraine.

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, the European (continental) model of local regulation of labor relations is considered and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined. It is established that the positive side of the European model of legal regulation of labor relations is the high level of social protection of workers. It is stressed that according to the European model of regulation of labor relations, an important role in local rule-making is given to trade unions.
