EUROPEAN STANDARDS OF PARІTY DEMOCRACY: CHALLENGES FOR UKRAІNІAN EUROPEAN ІNTEGRATІON

Abstract
In this paper a gender approach to the analysis of European standards parity (gender) democracy is used. So we deal with the full participation of women on an equal basis with men at all levels and in all areas of functioning of the society, the participation of each individual in the administration, which is carried out on a parity basis «50 % 50 %». It is assumed that the establishment of such a parity ratio will create a real basis for sustainable development of society. It’s conducted the analysis of the experience of European countries in the implementation of standards of parity (gen-der) democracy, which is a positive example for Ukraine because of the strategy of European development.
