EVALUATIVE NOTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF CRIMINAL LAW UNDERSTANDING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the evaluative notions and their influence on the criminal law understanding. The article exam- ines the role of evaluative notions in criminal-legal norms, both positive and negative significance are underlined. Stating the fact that the rejection of evaluative notions is impossible in criminal law, the author proposes ways of overcoming the negative trends in the usage of evaluative notions in criminal law which cause its misunderstanding.
