PROBLEMS OF PROTECTION OF CHILDREN OF VIOLENCE AFTER MILITARY ACTION AND ARMED CONFLICTS

Abstract
The problems of protection of children from violence during military actions and armed conflicts are considered. The legal protection of children-combatants is investigated. The main directions of improvement of protection of children from violence during military actions and armed conflicts are analyzed.
