Abstract
The theoretical aspects of evolutionary development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine have been researched. The elements of management that were the basis of evolutionary development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises have been revealed. The main preconditions for the creation of various organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises have been described.
