As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that the trainees generally prefer the courses because of the reasons for acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills for a second job that will provide additional income in addition to their main job, being more appreciated by the environment, and being curious about the course activities. The trainees stated that they were generally satisfied with the adequate level of social and cultural activities opened by public education centers.
