The Interrelations between human resource management and business ethics

Abstract

Human resource management involves the effective management of individuals to achieve organizational goals. So it can be assumed that managers dealing with the overall effectivity of an organization should consider the essential role of human resource management. One of these roles is integrating and promoting ethical behaviours among employees. Though having lots of meanings; ethical behaviours are directly related to moral values and personal experiences. The main motivation for this study is to investigate the terms human resource management and business ethics with regard to current knowledge in literature. The study is designed as a literature review; and the data gathered from the current literature is reviewed and reported.
