Abstract
In the article, a poem «– Кыё! Кыё!» by O. Chukhontsev is poetically analyzed. The text reveals a landscape discourse, where natural nominations function as markers of the empirical world and the tropical (figurative) artistic language. The lyrical nature of the depicting subject has been established, for the completion of the aesthetic integrity actualizing epic subjective relations and epic distancing. The lyrical author-hero’s syncretism is realized at the formal level through subjective relations, on the substantive level, presenting the lyrical subject as a universal «decayed» person who has lost his existence and is seeking new meanings of existence
