EXISTING INDICATORS OF THE CORRELATION OF THE CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL COMPOSITION OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE AND THEIR OPTIMIZATION IN ACCORDANCETO NATO STANDARDS

Abstract

The role and specificity of military personnel policy as a part of state personnel policy is defined in the dissertation; the necessity of appropriate measures to stabilize the personnel situation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is substantiated here. The basic notions in the sphere of military personnel policy are suggested by the author. The modern model of personnel management system, which provides personnel decision-making process only at the level of staffing center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is grounded and proposed in it. The personnel potential of military department is analyzed here, its definition and maintaining directions are suggested. Scientific and practical recommendations to improve implementation mechanisms of personnel policy realization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are worked out by the author. They include human resource management technology of centralized type implementation, perspective system of personnel authorities creation which predicts strategic, operational and tactical levels as well as improving of the military personnel policy legislature. The methodology of personnel policy realization effectiveness evaluating in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is suggested. It apprehends weight components concerning personnel policy parts.
