EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODEL FOR THE FACULTY COMPETENCE OF FUTURE CHILDREN OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION IN THE PROCEEDING OF PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The author analyzes the main approaches to the experimental study of the introduction of a model for the formation of professional competence of future educators of pre-school educational institutions in the process of pedagogical practice. The scientific approaches to the identified problem in researches of domestic and foreign scientists are outlined. The program of organization of pedagogical experiment is presented; the method of the phased introduction of the author’s model is described; the results of experimental research are analyzed and summarized. Experimental work was carried out in three phases (statement, forming and generalization). At the stage of the study, the study programs of the disciplines of the cycle of professional and practical training were analyzed, the questionnaires of the students of the specialty “Preschool education” were analyzed and the initial indicators of levels of formation of the motivational, content-operational and reflexive components of professional competence of future educators of pre-school establishments in the process of pedagogical practice were determined. The purpose of the forming stage of the experiment was to implement and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the developed model, which included the analysis and comparison of the results of the study. It is proved that pedagogical practice provides for the gradual formation of motivational, content-operational and reflexive components of the professional competence of future educators on the basis of model implementation and organizational and pedagogical conditions. The conducted research gives an opportunity to solve a problem of formation of professional competence of future educators of the institution of preschool education in the process of pedagogical practice at a qualitatively new level. However, his results do not exhaust the full coverage of the illumination and do not pretend to comprehensively disclose the problem. The author has proved the effectiveness of the implementation of this model in the educational process of institutions of preschool education and provides the main ways of its implementation in the process of training highly skilled pedagogical staff for the preschool education.
